Well I haven't had a chance to play Final Fantasy III and I didn't like V so.. I guess I'll just put what I like to have in a party in XI since it's the only other FF game with a Job system that I can really think of at the moment that I have played a lot...

I'll go ahead and throw in my parties for VI and VII for the hell of it even though they don't have a job system...
