What Mario Villains have achieved their goals the most?

In every video game with a villain there's always a mindset goal. To me, the best of all villains are those that achieve that goal to the greatest extent. Let's put it this way:

Bowser always kidnaps the princess but he never really gets anywhere unless in Galaxy where he succeeds in almost ruling the galaxies and forming an empire.

Count Bleck comes quite close to literally erasing the entire world thanks to the Dark Prognosticus. Though Dimentio gives him the boot and takes over.

Shadow Queen rises and spreads darkness throughout the world but is defeated before the actually 'does' anything.

So overall, what Mario Villain do you think accomplished the most?

Dimentio for almost causing the end of the world. Damn.

Dimentio, undoubtedly, was such a bad-ass final boss mixed with Mr. L.

this isn't a topic that has a lot of room for debate. lol. when someone actually comes close to ruling EVERYTHING, after manipulating everyone else, it's sort of a hands-down argument.

What about Cackletta/Bowletta?


Technically she did destroy bean bean kingdom, stole the princess TWICE (once if u dont count the fake) and basically mind warps all of the koopalings XD


Yes she did get beaten but she got quite alot done in her time XD

now that I think on it. Bowser althow has failed miserable to the Mario bros each and every time and died once or twice in the process, he still has a kindom and ready army of Koopas Knights and Wizards at his disposable and hordes of Goombas and other baddies and types of mercenarys to toss at any thing that stands in his way.
